Getcare.com, founded by RTZ Associates of Oakland, CA, is the result of 25 years of experience developing long-term care programs and technologies, including information systems, electronic billing and service directories. Our clients include the National Institutes of Health, state and local government and more than 100 providers.

CEO Rick Zawadski, PhD, a recognized leader in the field, created the concept for PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) and developed the first of 70 PACE sites in the US, On Lok in San Francisco.

Mike Zawadski, JD, Vice-President of Operations, leads the RTZ development team that creates information technology products.

CADCare
An integrated information system for Adult Day Services providers, CADCare tracks clients from the first call through the final invoice. CADCare 4.0 not only tracks outcomes, it allows users to compare outcomes against benchmarks via the Internet.
HOMCare
A home care registry product that manages worker and consumer information and helps consumers find the best worker to meet their needs. It combines information on past referrals, along with over 25 worker and consumer characteristics, to ensure that consumers are paired with the right worker.
SENIORCare
A comprehensive, agency-wide, multi-user information system designed to meet the service delivery, management and reporting needs of senior service programs. SENIORCare manages unduplicated client information across programs, tracks client characteristics and services, and meets NAPIS requirements.
CASECare
An application that helps care managers and case managers with tasks that make them an indispensable part of the long-term care continuum of service providers. With a provider database, client assessments and billing tracking, CASECare is the administrative assistant that every care manager needs.
